🍍 Tepache is a delicious pre-Hispanic, wine-like beverage made from pineapples, piloncillo, and complex spices such as cinnamon and ginger. Often home-made from pineapple rinds, we sought to create a familiar flavor but with the convenience of draft and a slightly higher ABV%— normally around 2-3%, ours clocks in at 7%.
