Essential Elements - Michigan wildflower and star thistle honey, apple cider, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg. Appearance- Pours clear gold, with long, streaky legs, still. Aroma- Sweet, baked apples with cinnamon followed by sweet spices and brown sugar. Experience- Rich, baked apple skin, creamy honey sweetness followed by strong rich pie spices, especially cinnamon. Truly like eating a piece of apple pie. The mouthfeel is rich and creamy and finishes sweet with a slight lingering warmth.
