Style: Red Lager
ABV: 5.40% IBU: 20.0

Barley, carapils, carmel malt and wheat, all from North Dakota give Rooster Lager a full body with a hint of nuttiness as well as a great amber color that leaves a crisp, refreshing, malty finish. Tettnang bittering hops balance the malt and provide a touch of spice while the mild hop flavor is supplied by the light and fruity Fuggles hops.

Made with North Dakota Barley, 2-row, light carmel malt, carapils and a touch of oats giving Walleye Chop a refreshing flavor that leaves a crisp bite. It pours a clear copper color with medium body and head. The pleasant hoppy citrus and floral aroma and slight pine is well balanced with a subtle bread backbone. This hopped lager is made for a session. Enjoy and be refreshed.
