Traditionally released early to mid-Spring time, we gave our Maibock a little extra lagering time. A beautiful expression of Barke Malt (aka Brewer's Candy), this beer has slight malt sweetness, and toasty/bready malts. More golden than a traditional bock, some even think of it as a "fest" style, but stronger and slightly darker. Malty - Bready - Smooth
