Concocted from the cozy confines of our respective sanctuaries as part of the Collab from Home series with some buds we wish we could be breaking bread and sipping suds with right now: Fair State Co-op, Forager Brewery & Modist Brewing. We know we’re kinda beating a dead horse here, but we used a lot of hops in this one. Mosaic, Strata, Cashmere Cryo & Experimental HBC-692. We kept it under 10% because everyone know single digit beverages are fair game during the workday.

We got together with our buds out at Weldwerks in Greeley, CO to mash up their Flagship IPA, Juicy Bits, with our OG Double IPA, Loud Pack, out at their spot for 4/20.We loved how their version came out so much that we decided to give it a rip (LOL) on our system. Bags on bags of our selected Citra, Mosaic & Australian Galaxy with their selected El Dorado. Juicy to the last bits.

We got together with the Children's Hospital of Minnesota's Shine Bright for Cancer Kids Foundation to support their mission of supporting children & their families dealing with cancer & blood disorders. These kids are extremely strong & resilient, just like diamonds, so we loaded up this gem of an IPA with Citra, Citra Cryo, Simcoe, Simcoe Cryo & Cascade Noble hops with Phantasm. Shine bright... like a diamond.

The Head Brewer, Tyler, down at Bricksworth Beer Co. has been cranking out some shredders. However, due to the way distribution laws work in Minnesota, they can't sell any of their beer in cans offsite. So we figured we'd have him down on an ongoing basis to put some of his favorite recipes into beer tubes. First up is "UNIVERSALLY PANNED", a Mosaic & Strata showcase that pairs perfectly with their Detroit style pizzas and wings.

We took our ride or die, Citra, for a wild ride with Southern Tropic from South Africa and a new blend called Artic from our buddies at Mighty Axe Farms. This is what happened when Hops we selected for their elevated Linalool and Geraniol contents make biotransformy sexy times with our favorite IPA yeast. Kick back, relax, and enjoy the frostbite.

We’ve had Kölsch on the brain with our fam at Bricksworth Beer Co., so we brewed up this preposterously approachable beer inspired by the imminently crushable pseudo-“lagers” that have been brewed in Köln, Germany for generations. This version is step mashed with our beloved Weyermann Pils, a kiss of Wheat & German Ale Yeast before cold conditioning for 7 weeks to crispy perfection. That’s Beer, Alright.
