Our Big Chocolate offers an innovative twist to the traditional porter. Chocolate and roasted, dehusked Carafa malts provide a base of bittersweet chocolate and mocha. It is then dry nibbed with raw cocoa in the fermenter, and finished with a touch of vanilla bean to create the perfect balance between bitter & sweet. This beer offers the taste of roasted coffee and cocoa with dry, smoky undertones.

Maple syrup is added during fermentation with a touch of locally roasted, CAMP cold-pressed Sumatran coffee. Our Blowing Rock IPA pours a copper color through the incorporation of 2- Row and other specialty malts. Balanced hop additions provide evident but not overwhelming hop bitterness, while the finishing and dry hops offer an elegant hop complexity. Citrus and floral notes are balanced with a slight hint of caramel maltiness. This beer is full-bodied and flavorful, yet thoughtfully integrated. Blowing Rock, NC

The Greeks considered amber to be a beautiful stone cast of resin, which allowed the beaming sun to pass through its clear core like radiant glass. We were inspired by the natural elegance of this definition, and wanted to make our own “Honey in a Glass” to share that wonderful warmth with you. This American Amber is strong as stone, and soft as silk, much like us.

A traditional Czechoslovakian Pilsner, brewed with German malt and Czech hops to achieve the perfect compliment of malt sweetness and body with the distinctive bitterness and aroma that is typical of this Bohemian style of lager. Blowing Rock - Summer Ale
Style: Belgian Witbier
ABV: 5.00% IBU: 15.0

Our Summer Ale is often compared to a Belgian Witbier, as it is fermented with a Belgian Ale Yeast. This pale ale has a grain bill of domestic pale malt and white wheat. Kettle hopping is done with signature Czech Saaz hops that provide well-balanced bitterness. A late addition of orange peel and toasted coriander spice provides the finishing touch. The haze provides a nice background for this medium bodied beer marked with a lemon and orange zest.

Style: West Coast IPA
ABV: 7.20% IBU: 58.0

"Before you count your friends, make sure you can count on them." We don't make a ton of IPAs, but do make the ones we like to drink. And some say (*cough* Josh *cough*) that a good IPA is like your best friend. This is that IPA. Big notes of orange marmalade, and pine resin, topped with a classic floral Cascade aroma. All around, it's our Bestie.
