Introducing our longest running beer project EVER Honey Bee Friends - Belgian Lambic aged in blackberry melomel oak barrels for 22 months. Hops: Huell Melon from 2016. Funky. Tart. Deeply complex berry and citrus flavors. Rich oak flavors leading to a smooth dryness.

Our new lead brewer Matt has developed a reputation for excellent pale ales in the ATX area. AND this is a testament to his rep! A more sessionable/lawnmower style hazy with oodles of Galaxy, experimental HBC 630, and meridian hops. At 5.5% ABV this beer will keep you functioning while you tackle the lawn or football game on your couch.

We've invested in new-age equipment specifically designed to optimize hop extraction for this style. And it DELIVERS! 2022 Veterans Blend from Yakima Chief Hops meets up with Sultana and Eureka from HOPSTEINER to create a juicy hop cocktail through massive whirlpool and dry hop charges. 7.5% ABV and over 8lbs of hops per BBL will put all the hop heads in jubilation!

	Bold Republic Brewing - Summer Schwarz Style: Schwartzbier ABV: 5.00% IBU: 25.0 Schwartzbier means black beer in German. Our version, brewed in conjunction with The Beer Museum is pretty special, using heirloom malts like floor malted Bohemian Pils and Barke Munich from Weyermann Malting Company, it's a very flavorful, chocolatey, velvety brew that's still crushable at 5% ABV.

	Bold Republic Brewing - You shall Not Mash Style: IPA - New Zealand ABV: 6.70% IBU: 10.0 New Zealand Hazy IPA. Brewed using only hops from New Zealand! Rakau, Motueka, and Nectaron plus some experimental Nectaron hop oil supply and endless flurry of tropical and citrus flavors. Passionfruit, pineapple, grapefruit, lemon and lime sit upon a nice and fluffy mouthfeel.
