A massive and complex hop profile with layers of tropical fruit and citrus that dance deceptively on the soft backbone of this 11.2% monster. Extremely drinkable, this Triple IPA delivers everything a hop-lover could ask for while still maintaining a soft and delicate balance. Brewed with six different hop varieties, our 18th Anniversary is devilishly delicious.

We pulled out all the HOPS for this year's Anniversary Ale. At 10 ABV, this Double dry-hopped, Triple Hazy IPA is nothing short of explosive. The Idaho7 Cryo, Galaxy and Simcoe DDH gives off a massive citrus, melon, pineapple aroma with hints of skittles sweet tarts and strawberries lingering in aroma and flavor. Accompanied by a soft and full mouth feel with a slight hop bitterness a juicy finish.

	Central Coast Brewing - Catch 23 Style: Black IPA ABV: 7.50% IBU: 77.0 An excessively hopped ale brewed with Rye and Roasted malts. The use of rye gives this beer a luscious pillowy mouth feel to support the aggressive citrusy, piney hop profile. Rounding out the beer, the use of roasted malts gives Catch 23 its dark color and adds a significant complexity to the malt character.

Using our popular blonde recipe as the canvas for this one of a kind ale, we added chai spices near the end of fermentation to allow the flavors of the beer and the chai to meld seamlessly. The result is a truly unique combination of flavors; sweet malt, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and clove dance on the palate before lingering in to a crisp dry finish. Accept no imitations. This is SLO County’s original Chai Ale.

	Central Coast Brewing - El Hefe Style: Hefeweizen ABV: 5.20% IBU: 15.0 The famous yeast used to produce German Hefeweizen gives El Hefe its classic banana and clove flavors. It’s a very refreshing brew with a dry tart edge, some spiciness and very little hop bitterness. No lemon wedges allowed.

Central Coast Brewing - Facilitator

Facilitator is a collaboration beer brewed with legendary homebrewer, Mike "Tasty" McDole. A true session IPA, this hop-forward low-gravity ale is packed to the gills with layers of tropical fruit, earthy and citrusy flavors. The malt bill fills the mid palette on this beer beautifully from a heavy dose of British caramel malts. The result is a highly drinkable, low-alcohol IPA that is perfect for any drinking session.

Central Coast Brewing - Hop Chronicles Vol. 5
Style: India Pale Ale

Hop Chronicles Vol.5 is a single-hop IPA featuring Comet Hops. Originally released in 1974 as a bittering hop, commercial production of Comet ceased in the early 80's in favor of new higher-alpha varieties. Recently, Comet is making a comeback as a flavor and aroma hop due to it's bright, citrusy character and mellow earthiness. Reminicent of ruby red grapefruits and fresh-cut grass, we think you'll enjoy the Comet Hop Renessaince.

I See, Icy Rice (Haitatchi) stems from the Japanese Rice lagers, but with an American craft twist. A complex and crispy light lager presents hints of green grape, honeydew, and sake on the nose, with jasmine rice, melon rind, and a bit of fresh cut agave on the palate, giving this light bodied beer a crisp, bright taste.

With a recent Gold Medal win at the 2016 World Beer Cup, we couldn’t be more excited to share our victory with you.
