Our newest American Pale Ale - Karate Champ is hopped with Cashmere, Sabro, and Motueka, for a unique coconut and citrus character. Light bodied from the use of a Mediterranean grown Pilsner Malt. This luxurious hazy pale ale is saturated with Sabro hops that lend to a distinct flavor of coconut and lime. As close to a hoppy piña colada as you can get. We love this one.

Charles Towne Fermentory - Pacifica Pils
Style: Pilsner
ABV: 4.80%

This 4.8% New Zealand Style Lager starts with a traditional pilsner malt base and is hit with just a touch of New Zealand Pacifica hops. The result is an extremely drinkable beer that showcases subtle malt notes of straw and fresh cut grass with a pleasantly fruity and floral hop presence. A touch of balancing bitterness keep the sips coming.

We used a Norwegian farmhouse yeast strain to enhance the fruit character of this beer. Apricot and lime with a dash of pineapple. Light funk and coriander spice in the finish.
