Brewed in collaboration with Almanac using 100% rice (produced on equipment that handles wheat, barley and other grains), amylase enzymes, a variety of hops, and German lager yeast – this one is unique in all the right ways. Fruity, bright, lightly sweet, and pleasantly acidic – Maneki Neko has many similarities in flavor with Sake, with the body of a lager.
