Rustic Belgian style farmhouse ale, old world brewing techniques of warm fermentation to bring out the complexity of the yeast stain for true to style flavors, aroma’s and mouth feel. Boldly hopped with Heirloom noble hops with no spices added. All the unique flavors present are from the yeast strain and hops used in the brewing.
