	Crow Peak Brewing Co. - Lookout Lager Style: Euro Pale Lager ABV: 6.20% IBU: 22.0 This straw-colored light lager is dominated by a malty aroma and flavor and has a crisp clean finish from the lager yeast we use to ferment the beer. Nobel hops are used to impart a moderate hop bitterness that offsets the maltiness of the beer. Hop aroma and flavor are low.

	Crow Peak Brewing Co. - Mjollnir Style: American Brown Ale ABV: 7.70% IBU: 15.0 This Fall/Winter seasonal ale that is brewed with spruce tips which are picked right here in the Black Hills. This beer is dark amber in color with a sweet, malty flavor, hints of dried fruit and a dry, mildly piney finish. An ale worthy of the Norse God of Thunder!

	Crow Peak Brewing Co. - Pagan Snake Stout Style: Oatmeal Stout ABV: 6.00% IBU: 20.0 This full-bodied, dark stout has a roasted malt character with hints of caramel. The roasted malts provide hints of chocolate but do not impart any bitterness to the beer. Hops are used to offset the sweetness of the malts. Hop aroma and flavor are absent.

Crow Peak Brewing Co. - Wickedly Charming Chili Ale
Style: Spiced Beer
ABV: 6.50% IBU: 15.0

This seasonal pale ale that is brewed with Anaheim and jalapeno chilis is light amber in color with a white head. Green chili aroma and flavor are instantly detected but are not overwhelming due to the malty backbone of the beer. Hop bitterness is low and hop flavor and aroma are not detectable. A low level of spiciness is picked up on the tongue from the chili addition.
