*GR* *V* Blood of my Enemies is hands down one of our most popular brews, a heavily fruited hazy IPA featuring 10lbs of Hibiscus flowers added hot-side, PER BATCH, with a hefty dry-hop of Mandarina Bavaria and Pacific Sunrise before conditioning on nearly 300lbs of passionfruit puree. Unsurprisingly, this beer smells and tastes like beach getaway; loads of passionfruit, guava, pineapple, lychee, and citrus seep through, with hints of floral, a juicy body, with a slightly tart and piney finish.

Dark Sky Brewing Company - Distant Memory
Style: Lichtenhainer
ABV: 4.60%

*GR* Distant Memory is our take on a historical lichtenhainer; an old school German smoked sour ale. But if that wasn't enough, we then added pineapple and key lime purees to mimic a local fav cocktail. Aroma you'll pick up a very pineapple forward nose, with subtle campfire mixed in. The flavor is pineapple centered, with a light acidity and smoke character in the backbone, finishes dry.

Dark Sky Brewing Company - Hefer Weizer
Style: Hefeweizen
ABV: 5.00% IBU: 15.0

*GR* *V* It's not everyday we brew a Hefeweizen, so relish the experience with us. We took hefty amounts of wheat and step mashed them before combining with traditional German hefe yeast, and German Halltertaur Mittlefruh hops. Aromas of clove, bananas, spice, subtle fruity esters make way to a palate that is crisp, light, lots of sweet grain with more clove and spice along with banana bread.

	Dark Sky Brewing Company - Old Chap Style: Extra Special Bitter ABV: 5.50% IBU: 40.0 V For some of you, "Extra Special Bitter" may sound daunting. Just think of this as an English style pale ale! Rich aroma of caramel, malt, and subtle hop spice and fruit. Flavors deliver a sweet malt body, with fruity esters and toffee rounding out this Old Chap.

	Dark Sky Brewing Company - Pit Stop Style: American Lager ABV: 4.00% IBU: 17.0 GR V Pit Stop is our house American light lager and is brewed for our Beer Garden as tribute to the original building; City Hall Texaco. A perfect patio sipper, this brew is light, bright, and crisp with flavor and aroma notes of cracker, slight floral hop spice, and citrusy finish.

*GR* *V* Our house Hazy IPA with rotating dry-hop additions, this time with Cashmere, Simcoe, and Strata Expect a smooth, balanced, juicy drinking hazy that checks all the boxes. Juicy red berry and cantaloupe mixed fruit salad assault your nostrils. Flavor is packed with melon, punchy berry, diesel stonefruit notes before finishing resinous and dank.

Style: Brown Ale
ABV: 4.40% IBU: 30.0

*GR* *V* Sabbath of the Undead returns! Our house brown ale is light, roasty, and easily enjoyable year round. Aroma of espresso, bakers chocolate, and toasted grain. Flavor is full of black coffee, subtle toffee, and a light bitterness. This batch was fermented in our Oak Foeder, so additional notes of wood and slight vanilla make its way in as well.

	Dark Sky Brewing Company - Sparkle Style: Pilsner ABV: 4.50% IBU: 35.0 GR V Sometimes you just gotta SPARKLE! Our foeder fermented and lagered pilsner is back again with a 100% New Zealand Rakau hop usage. Aroma and flavor of cracker, mango, apricot, and other stonefruit combine with a crisp, light, and refreshing finish.

	Dark Sky Brewing Company - Vortices Style: IPA ABV: 8.20% IBU: 30.0 GR V Our house double hazy IPA, this batch (8/30) features Amarillo, Idaho 7, El Dorado in the dry-hop. Heaps and heaps of orange, tangerine, and pineapple on the nose. The palate reveals depths of tropical fruit, citrus, grapefruit zest, with a resinous dank finish.

You'll find deep aroma notes of pine, strawberry, and subtle sweet fruit on the nose. Flavor is crisp and clean drinking, with some grapefruit, berry, light tropical notes, and a resinous finish.
