This Gose is brewed with French Grey sea salt, Reunion Island pink peppercorns and acidulated malt. CAUTION!! If you are allergic to nuts then DO NOT DRINK this beer. Pink Peppercorns are related to the cashew family. This Gose is a light German style beer with a hint of sea salt, floral aroma from peppercorns and a subtle tartness from the acidulated malt. The perfect summer beverage.

Clocking in at 8% ABV and 70 IBU, Rayon Solaire boasts a beautiful blonde color; big, bold, tropical fruit nose; spicy flavor and a smooth, slightly bitter finish. You better put on your sunblock and sunglasses if your gonna soak up some Rayon Solaire.

We used iron fists on Meyer lemons and threw the carcasses in the boil. Then we delivered roundhouse kicks to cases of Sumo Mandarins, unlocking the 36th chamber of citrus during fermentation.

Shazaam Kazaam! Have we shifted timelines? A West Coast IPA brewed with 100% South African Hops?…. Southern Tropic, Southern Sublime & Southern Passion. Did they always grow hops? Am I making this up? Things might feel a bit off but this beer definitely isn’t. Notes of sweet tropical fruits and berry cream candies bump up against a firm yet smooth bitterness, and while this beer is pungent it’s 100% musk free.

“Let’s go down to the beach and get wiggy wiggy” Elvis, Blue Hawaii. No one really knows what wiggy wiggy means but this is our interpretation; a Honey Hibiscus Hawaiian Saison. A brilliant red color sets up this sensory experience followed by a tart and fruity aroma with hints of honey; smooth, silky mouthfeel with a slightly dry, acidic finish.
