Maris Otter and Crystal malts give this beer a rich character while not being overly malty. A great session beer, at least how Double Barley defines a session beer!

	Double Barley Brewing - Beets and Berries Style: Blonde ABV: 5.00% Our Once You Go Blonde Ale secondary fermented with over 35 lbs. of freshly harvested beets from our friends at Burch Farms and over 40 lbs. of strawberry puree. This 5% Blonde is slightly earthy with a tart strawberry finish and an amazingly bright pink color!

Double Barley Brewing - Dessert Series - Chocolate Peanut Butter Truffle
Style: Imperial Stout
ABV: 10.00% IBU: 32.0

The second release of our Dessert Series, the Chocolate Peanut Butter Truffle is a 10% ABV Imperial Milk Stout. We brewed this one with 150 lbs. of peanut flour, tons of chocolate and roast malts, and finished on organic Ecuadorian cocoa nibs. Smooth, creamy, chocolaty and plenty of roasted peanut flavor and aroma! Cheers and be on the lookout for our next release in the Dessert Series!

FFF Holiday Ale was recently renamed after years of calling it Winter Warmer. We’ve have had this private joke between our friends where we claim to have FFF. FFF stands for Family F@#*ing Fun! This is the forced fun we are talking about, not the genuine fleeting moment family fun. We feel it is necessary to have a few FFF Holiday ales before any family arrives.

This is a special beer that Larry originally concocted and brewed for Cheryl, aka Wilma, to celebrate their 20th wedding anniversary. This Double IPA is brewed with Blue Agave Nectar and massively hopped at flame out and in secondary exclusively with Mosaic. An exceptionally smooth and fragrant IPA clocking in at a manageable 8% ABV, this beer is a summertime treat!

Style: Pumpkin Beer

Rich, Creamy and nicely spiced with pumpkin pie seasonings. Balanced flavors of pumpkin and malt, with a subtle hop bitterness. Two Gourds got together to brew an epic fall seasonal. Their mutual love of heavy metal and high gravity beer inspired this head bangin’ brew. Don’t forget to wear your padded helmet, cause your gourd’s gonna get rocked!

Named after both our head brewer and the cucumber variety we get from our friends at Burch Farms in Faison, NC. Kirby's Cucumber IPA is a ridiculously refreshing, 6.1% IPA brewed with Huell Melon hops and fresh from the field Kirby cucumbers. Nicely balanced with hop bitterness and aroma, along with the crispness of the cucumber, this beer will surely be on of your summertime favorites!

Style: Milk Stout
ABV: 11.50% IBU: 76.0

A super smooth beer with a variety of dark roasted malts, chocolate and locally sourced coffee from full bloom coffee roasters, lending to the complex flavors. A creamy, clean finish gives no indication of the lofty ABV! Instead of being a pork chop in a can, it’s more like tiramisu in a glass!

One of our oldest friends reviewed the business plan and had only two suggestions (1) include finger puppets of ourselves in the business plan and (2) rename the vanilla porter. We took both very seriously and immediately put them into action. Little did we know that brainstorming would lead us to the epic fight in Manila. We loved the name Thrilla’ in Vanilla’ and what really cemented it for us was picturing vanilla beans duking it out! Trust us, this beer is knock out!

An aggressively hopped American IPA with 5 different hops. Prominent citrus and floral aroma with a very smooth hop taste. Pours a golden/orange color with a thick white head.
