A collaboration beer between Drakes and Bedrock Wine Co. Two tons of Grenache grape skins were thrown on top of 12 barrels of our Flanders style sour red. Tart, jammy, with red wine accents. This beer is a bold wine/beer hybrid with flavors reminiscent of ripe raspberries, a kiss of peppery spice, and balancing tannins.
