Brick, are you just looking at things in the office and saying that you love them? Us too. I Love Lamp is our classic German-style hefeweizen with an Evil Genius twist. We brew this beer with 2-Row, Wheat, and Munich malts, and hop it gently in the kettle with German hops. Once fermentation is complete, we add just the right amount of fresh pineapple to balance the naturally produced notes of banana and cloves from our hefeweizen yeast to make this a delicious, easy-drinking treat.
