Style: Wheat Ale
ABV: 4.70% IBU: 17.0

A very refreshing, easy drinking session beer. Along with California grown barley, the grain bill consists of medium grain sushi rice and soft white winter wheat grown and harvested on the fields of our family farm. 530 is late hopped during the brewing process, producing a slight citrus/floral aroma and flavor. The residual yeast produces a subtle, yet complex flavor.

Farmers Brewing Co. - Rattle Can Red
Style: American Red Ale
ABV: 5.10% IBU: 33.0

A deep red beer with a malty flavor and citrus hop aroma. The grain bill consists of estate grown medium grain sushi rice, California grown barley, and select caramel malts. Rattle Can Red is dry hopped to add a punch of hop character without any bitterness. Although very flavorful, this beer is still light enough to be considered a session beer. Rattle Can Red has a smooth dry finish, making this pint a perfect pairing for many types of foods.

	Farmers Brewing Co. - Stubborn Mule Style: Hard Seltzer ABV: 6.90% Although it’s not a beer, this gluten-free “Loaded Liquid” is brewed with estate grown sushi rice, sake yeast, and additions of honey from BeechWood Apiaries and boysenberries from Rudy’s Original Boysen Berry Farm. This refreshing drink has a beautiful pink hue.

	Farmers Brewing Co. - Sun Up 'til Sun Down Style: Session IPA ABV: 5.50% A Session IPA named after a farmers work ethic, but it is easy drinking to be enjoyed from the sun up 'til sun down. Brewed with rice and wheat grown on the farm, a sunset golden color leads to a burst of tartness, orange blossom, and lemon flavor that dissipates into an extremely smooth finish.

Farmers Brewing Co. - Valle
Style: Vienna Lager

When making the decision to brew an original Mexican Lager beer, we decided to call upon all of the farm employees to help name the beer. "Valle", translates to valley in English and was the unanimous decision. We felt like it was the perfect fit! Valle is cold fermented and brewed with 4 distinct types of grains, some of which are grown and harvested on our farm. The beer is extremely smooth, flavorful, and easy drinking.

Farmers Brewing Co. - Winter Migration
Style: Baltic Porter
ABV: 7.00% IBU: 29.0

This rice pudding almond milk Baltic porter was brewed with estate grown and hand toasted rice, wheat and almonds. Additions include almond milk, brandy oak chips, cacao nibs and milk sugar from Rumiano Cheese, the oldest family owned cheese company in California. Having adjuncts come from multiple sites on our farm, (fields and orchards), we hope you enjoy our first 'Farm to Glass' winter seasonal.
