Collaboration with our yeast supplier Inland Island Yeast out of Denver, CO. The style was inspired by our newest brewery team member who moved to Phoenix from Cologne, Germany where he brewed authentic Kolsch beer for the last 7 years. Crisp and light with a subtle fruitiness from an authentic Kolsch ale yeast. Brewed exclusively with imported German malts and hopped delicately with Czech Saaz hops.
