Indigenous wild saison with persimmons. "House" beer only available in the tasting room. Soft aromas of French oak, honeysuckle flowers and freshly tested lemon. Bright acidity, mild cereal malt flavor, and a balanced earthy, dry finish. Tannins from the persimmons add a dryness and a slight savory, honey like backbone.
