This beer is brewed considerably larger & more aggressive than its predecessor. The addition of Weyermann Beech smoked malt lends a noticeable yet subtle smoke profile complimenting the rich chocolate & caramel flavors. The body is thick & chewy; a classic characteristic resulting from the use of rolled oats in the mash.
