Masterminded by Firestone Walker’s production manager Ali Razi, Winter Merlin is a limited-edition mashup of the brewery’s Mocha Merlin milk stout and Velvet Merkin barrel-aged oatmeal stout. Mocha Merlin sets the tone, featuring components blended with Ghana cocoa nibs and Colombian coffee from San Luis Obispo’s HoneyCo Coffee Roasters.
