Flyway Brewing - Ruby-Throated Raspberry Tart Ale
Style: Fruited Tart Ale
ABV: 3.40%

Ruby Throated Raspberry Tart Ale is a collaboration with homebrewer Danny Hernandez, winner of the Central Arkansas Fermenters’ wheat beer contest. Ruby Throated pours a rose hue, is made using 100% real fruit, and comes in at an approachable 3.7% ABV. The citrus forward acidity from kettle souring with lactobacillus mixed with the subtle pungency of the raspberries created an extremely thirst-quenching summer beer. Cheers to the Central Arkansas Fermenters homebrew club for setting the foundation that made this beer possible.

Style: Black Lager

A German style Schwarzbier much like a dunkel, but drier, & more roast oriented. Don’t be deceived by it’s dark color. Much like it’s namesake, behind a somewhat severe expression with downcurved bill and staring yellow eyes, there is a beautiful song to be heard. Released in mid October, when the air gets cool and presents the urge to gather with friends and hide away with a mild roasted malt, or two, or three… a few of these just might have you singing your own melody.
