Over the Hills is a Hazy IPA we brewed with our friends at Tarantula Hill Brewing Co. Down & Dirty: Pilsner Malt, Rolled Oats, Flaked Wheat, Malted Oats, Honey Malt, and Carapils Malt with Citra, Citra DynaBoost™, Idaho 7®, and Idaho 7® Cryo hops. ABV: 7.5% IBU: 40 Color: Hazy dark yellow Aroma: Tropical aromas dominate with pineapple, mango, and passion fruit. Orange and other fruits follow. Reminiscent of juicy fruit gum. Slightly dank and resinous. Flavor: Gently sweet with a moderate bitterness. Medium body, some astringency, some tingling carbonation, some warming and mildly mouthwatering.
