While planning our latest collaboration with our pals from Humble Sea Brewing in Santa Cruz, we wanted to brew a style that neither of us have made before; a Black Pilsner. We brewed a crispy pilsner base, with just a hint of dark malt to add a layer of silkiness and a deep color to disguise this crispy and crushable lager. Our team had a blast brewing this Pink Floyd inspired lager with our new friends, and we hope that it will leave you Comfortably Numb.

An irresponsible amount of Mosaic, Citra, El Dorado, Amarillo and Centennial hops, along with Vermont ale yeast, makes for a stupendously aromatic and flavorful New England-inspired IPA. Unfiltered, raw, and as flavorful as it is opaque, enjoy notes of fruit and bright citrus with a smooth, drinkable bitterness, and a dry finish keeps you coming back for more. Drink fresh!

A light and creamy addition of vanilla and lactose and a little kiss of hop bitterness support the strawberry forward sweetness of this Milkshake IPA (reminiscent of the little strawberry candy wrapped in red and green foil!). This limited release won't last long so get on out there, pair it up with your favorite old fashioned burger and call it a date!
