With so much Rye, this IPA is closer to a German Roggenbier than an IPA. Its spiciness and light bitterness is complemented by an earth-citrus hop flavor. To allow the rye to shine through, we have a mild hop profile containing Columbus, Centennial and Cascade, dry hopped with Amarillo and Centennial to add a tropical-citrus nose.
