We had a perfectly tart and slightly acidic kettle sour hanging out in our tank, but it was looking a little lonely. So we introduced it to a healthy does of blood orange, and they really hit it off! The blood orange was happy to lend not only notes of citrus zest but also a gorgeous pink color to this mouthwatering beer.
