So our kettle burner broke down mid way through a batch of Loopy4Lupulin. It was late in the day once it was fixed. We held the wort at pasteurization temp overnight. Knowing that there would be some carmelization of our wort, we decided to hop it completely differently. Generous additions of Strata, Mosaic and Bru-1 make this a delightful Happy Accident!
