Our first lager is a crisp, bright and polite Bohemian Pilsner. This is a bready, czech-style pilsner with a medium body and crisp bitterness. We used traditional Saaz and Hallertauer Mittelfruh noble hops to achieve a bright floral and slightly spicy hop character.
