A collaboration with our good friends at Green Valley Cellars. They grow their own grapes and ferment naturally, with the yeast present on the skins of the grapes. When they remove the wine from the skins we add it to one of our fermenters with some wort. Sometimes we'll go out to their vineyard and pick a few extra buckets of grapes and toss those in too.

Once a year we're blessed with a dedicated farmer from Colwell Thundering Herd Mandarin Ranch that brings us a huge amount of fresh pressed mandarin juice, and we put it all (minus a few pints for personal consumption) into a super juicy IPA. What a treat. You can only get it once a year around winter, so don't miss out.

It gives the beer that red color and a wonderful tart cranberry/pomegranate fruitiness. Wow, who would have thought flowers in beer would be so awesome.
