Hinterland Brewery - Hinterland Luna Coffee Stout
Style: Coffee Stout
ABV: 5.80% IBU: 32.0

Luna Coffee Stout pours pitch black with hues deep mahogany. The two finger, fluffy, tan head recedes slowly leaving a nice, full lace for a very impressive look. With a solid, yet not overpowering aroma of coffee, you can still smell a hint of chocolate. The bold, rich taste of creamy coffee doesn't overwhelm the rest of the flavors leaving a hint of chocolate to finish. On a cold winter night, you couldn't ask for a cold beer to warm you up.

	Hinterland Brewery - Hinterland Oktoberfest Style: Oktoberfest ABV: 5.80% Oktoberfest pours with a deep golden color. This lager's head is thick and foamy which leaves a thick web of lace. The sweet caramel and brown sugar aroma balances well with a hint of grain. Very malty and lightly hopped, the flavor of rich caramel makes this Oktoberfest extremely drinkable.

Hinterland Brewery - India Pale Ale
Style: American IPA
ABV: 6.70% IBU: 66.0

For a beer with a fighting history this one doesn’t disappoint. However, we’ve balanced the heavy hops and citrus bite with a mellow malt undertone to ease the tension. An aggressively dry hopped IPA with a pound and a half of Simcoe hops per barrel. Bright citrus notes are balanced with a pleasant malt backbone. Original Gravity of 15.4

Hinterland Brewery - Maple Bock
Style: Bock
ABV: 6.80%

Maple Bock has a dark brown, mahogany hue around the fringe. The dark, creamy looking head leaves you with a little bit of lace. Hints of chocolate and caramel malts and a touch of maple syrup fill your nose. Maple Bock enters your mouth dense, and full. With the nice taste of a solid bock, maple syrup flavor doesn't overpower the rest of the beer. Layered roasted malt and caramel create a slightly sweet flavor. Maple Bock was given the "World Champion Bock" designation by the World Beer Championships in 1997.
