Our Anniversary 18 is a traditional Baltic Porter featuring complex, multi-layered flavors and aromas with American oak taking center stage. Notice notes of caramel, chocolate, dark fruits, toffee, and vanilla with a hint of smokiness in this smooth, full bodied lager. Pop a bottle, and savor this historic style, with deep ruby hues, harkening from the border countries of the Baltic Sea, in front of a roaring fire on a cold winter’s day or pair with hearty food and good conversation.

Fuggly Sweater. Fuggly Sweater is a dark lager brewed to inspire the holiday favorite, gingerbread. The wide range of specialty malts create yummy cookie and cake qualities. The presentation is dark, but not opaque, with brown hues. Ginger is at center stage, and as with traditional gingerbread, a light amount of cloves, nutmeg, and cinnamon round out the spice profile.

A fun twist on a Belgian Witbier. Instead of the more traditional dried Curaçao Orange peel and coriander seed, we’ve substituted in fresh and dried lemon zest and Lactose sugar. The result is a refreshing beer with a nice foundation of citrus character, while the lactose sweetness provides balance and texture. Brewed with healthy amounts of wheat and oats, showing a straw like haziness, and fluffy white head.
