We start with a wheat based kettle sour with a hint of graham cracker, layer in enough lactose to provide a sweet-tart balance and finish it with vanilla and blueberry. Style: Nut Brown Ale

Duck Pond is a subtly complex Nut Brown Ale. Various roasted barley malts lend a wide spectrum to this beer ranging from lighter notes of bready, toasty, and nutty to deeper characters such as prune, raisin, chocolate, and coffee. All of these flavors and aromas are wrapped up in a moderate gravity brown ale with a clean finish that leaves you searching for another pint.

Jack Pine Brewery - Knotty Pine Blackberry Boysenberry
Style: Sour Fruited
ABV: 4.00%

Tart and Refreshing. Our fruit-forward kettle sour is dosed with lactobacillis overnight to develop a mild tartness and slight acidity. A short boil halts the souring before it is fermented with our house ale yeast. Finished with an infusion of fruit favors providing a sweet counter balance to the base tartness.

Jack Pine Brewery - Lone Wolf IPA

A light grain bill of pilsner and pale ale malt provide a neutral canvas on which we paint a myriad of hop characteristics. Bold ripe peach is front and center with a soft, lingering bitterness reminiscent of red grapefruit. Hints of citrus and tropical fill in the gaps to provide a depth of flavor certain to make this beer your next favorite IPA.

Jack Pine Brewery - Neon Pink Cotton Candy Cream Ale
Style: Cream Ale

For our six year anniversary, we challenged ourselves to come up with candy-inspired beer infusions. A combination that seemed too ridiculous to work turned into something quite delightful. This glowingly pink ale has a noticeable flavor and aroma of the spun sugary concoction without being too overbearing. Plus, there’s no sticky fingers!
