Aroma: A humungous grapefruit, tangerine hop nose. It invites your nose as deep as you can place it within your glass. Just amazing. Taste: Orange zest, grapefruit, mango, pineapple, dry spicy malt. Finishes with earthy bitterness that doesn’t linger that long. I can only think something like Citra is in the Falconers Flight blend of hops, as it’s bitterness falls off that quick, at least for me.

Every Spring, when the snow melts, we await the rising waters. On big snowpack years, the rivers can swell to impressive levels. We call this event Big Water. Made with copious amounts of Citra, Mosaic, and Nectaron, this beer celebrates those few days when it seems like all of the water in the mountains comes crashing for our personal enjoyment. When it's all over, we ride the stoke into the following season, always looking forward to that next taste of Big Water.

	Kern River Brewing Co. - Brown Claw Style: Brown Porter ABV: 4.80% Awarded Silver Medal @ 2018 Great American Beer Festival for Brown Porter Brown Claw Brown Ale abv 4.8%. Throw that claw up because this one is awesome! A small batch brew made up of roasted specialty malts & toasted grain to give a nutty, balanced chocolate taste. Available on draft & growlers.

	Kern River Brewing Co. - Chuuurch! Style: India Pale Ale ABV: 7.60% Chuuurch! is a saying we use out on the river for something truly sublime. For example, “Kayaking over that waterfall was Chuuurch!”. This wonderfully balanced IPA with Mosaic, Citra and Amarillo hops probably won’t absolve you of all your sins (or even any of them) but we still hope you enjoy it.

	Kern River Brewing Co. - Dirty Hippie Style: Imperial Red Ale ABV: 8.50% IBU: 92.0 Imperial Red Ale dry hopped with Summit and Simcoe. What are we calling it? You guessed it, Dirty Hippie. It weighs in at 8%, 95 IBU and has a whole lot of hoppy goodness balanced with a nice malt backbone that you would expect out of an Imperial Red. Does it really smell like a dirty hippie?

More Amarillo and Eureka. More premium malts. Combine that all with the perfect balance or reverence and irreverence that we think is needed to make the perfect beer.
