	Lanikai Brewing Co. - Coconut Island Style: New England IPA ABV: 6.40% IBU: 24.0 NE/Hazy IPA brewed in Collaboration with Gigantic Brewing Co, Portland Oregon. Massively hopped with Mosaic, Citra and Michigan Copper to bring those fruity, juicy aromatic notes, then "dryhopped" with toasted coconut. A juicy tropical and hoppy brew!

Brewed in collaboration with Paradise Ciders (Oahu, HI) this Brut brew 1/2 Cider. 1/2 Saison, co pitched with saison and cider yeasts, then aged over hand picked organic lychee. Then dry hopped with mosiac and hallertau blanc to complement the fruity and wine like characters. Dry, effervescent, crisp apple, slight phenolic bite, and a hint of lychee. growler approx. 32oz $14 | 64oz $21

Brewed with historical ingredients at found in Polynesian Voyaging Canoes from 0-400AD. These plants were critical for food, cultivation and survival. A tribute to the past present and future of exploration. Brewed with Ki root (Ti), Ko (sugar cane), Kalo (taro), Niu (Coconut), Olena (Tumeric) and Ulu (breadfruit) and fermented with native Hawaiian yeast strain harvested locally.

Lanikai Brewing Co. - Okole Maluna
Style: American Imperial Stout
ABV: 10.40% IBU: 70.0

A rich grain bill adds chocolate, coffee and roasty notes and leaves just a touch of residual sweetness. Beautiful deep chocolate brown in color, with a tan head that lingers. Very light fruity esters balance with the hops to provide a nice bitter balance to the grain allowing the Haupia and cacao to shine through followed by lingering roasty-ness and alcoholic warming.
