Lone Pint Brewery - Yellow Rose
Style: American IPA
ABV: 6.80%      IBU: 62.0

A SMaSH, Single Malt and Single Hop, IPA using a caboodle (technical term for a large amount of malt) of malt and a new hop released in 2012 called Mosaic (HBC 369). It is a daughter of Simcoe (YCR 14), one of our favorite hops. Whole cone Mosaic is used for bittering, flavoring, and aroma in the kettle; it is also massively dry hopped. The beer is named after a Texas Heroine. Tasting notes: chalk-white head with a very clean malt backbone. The hops impart strong grapefruit, pineapple, and blueberry flavor and aroma. A strong beer that is extremely quaffable.

Zeno's Pale Ale is an homage to one of our favorite public houses, by which craft beer was explored eons ago. Quaffable, citrusy Pale Ales are wonderful things that forever changed the beer world. Thanks Dave. Tasting notes: Hazy gold with a fluffy white head. Lemon, pine, and hop-zest in the nose. Light quaffable body with a hoppy citrus bite. Finishes with a smooth sweet breadiness and clean bitterness.

Lone Pint Brewery - Zythophile Cowboy
Style: American IPA
ABV: 6.70%      IBU: 60.0

The Zythophile SMaSH series is designed to uncover the true essence of each hop. Too many times are different hops combined only to create the same flavor profile. Drinking a Zythophile IPA will improve one’s hop knowledge, ability to impress at parties, attractiveness to their significant other, and overall happiness. However, excessive Zythophile consumption may create the opposite effect. Tasting notes: Hazy orange with a solid white head. Light bready malt with dank citrus. Malt: Pilsner Hops: Citra Yeast: House
