Black cherry, blackberries and baking spice with hints of vanilla, pipe tobacco, eucalyptus and pencil lead. A rich mouthfeel with chalky tannins, bold flavors of black fruit, toasted pastry and plum skins. Finishes with flavors of black cherry, licorice and peppery spice. Handcrafted & barrel-aged, Star Ship wines were created using only hand-picked grapes from our favorite vineyards throughout Washington State.

	Longship Cellars - 2021 Majik Merlot Style: Red Wine Blend ABV: 9.60% Silky texture with excellent tannins and flavors of black cherry, fig and tomato sauce. The finish is long and spicy with flavors of black fruit, pepper and cloves.

This Southern Rhône-style red blend expresses aromas of fresh strawberries, black plum, graham cracker, dried herbs and graphite. Rich flavors of raspberry sauce, grilled plums and dried strawberries, with savory notes of tobacco, cedar and clove. A silky mouthfeel and subtle tannin lead into spicy notes of peppered jam, vanilla, dark chocolate, star anise and touch of black olive. 43% Syrah 24% Mouvedre 19% Grenache 7% Cinsault 7% Counoise

	Longship Cellars - Helm of Awe Style: Mead ABV: 6.50% This mead is totally experimental. Lots of "honey spice" and citrus flavors from the Citra hops. This mead will surprise a lot of people, especially beer lovers. No sweetness at all, very clean and refreshing at 6.5% alcohol.
