Combining the crisp, starchy, light bodied spirit of a white/wit with the bravado of an American IPA, this one is the Chihuahua of ales. It screams “I dare you” but you know what, at 5.2% it’s all bark. (Dare I say “pint sized”?) Nelson Sauvin and Citra hops hint at melon and gooseberry while flaked grains remind us that sometimes it’s OK to drink cloudy beer.
