In crafting an IPA one should not only find an interesting arrangement of hops in terms of variety and treatment, but build a sound structure to hold it up. We've framed some interesting hops sourced domestically and from abroad. Holding it together, we've used aromatic malt and a kiss of wheat which provide enough body to leave more than just an "out of order" sign on your taste buds.
