Similar to the 80's movie Harry and the Hendersons, we tried to make a big over the top Sasquatch like beer. We Triple Dry Hopped this Hazy Triple IPA with 8lbs of hops per barrel of Citra, Mosaic, and Galaxy. You first pick up aromas of peach, mango, and citrus. Slight bitterness with pine notes and while finishing with a soft mouthfeel.
