Our world famous White Plum Jerkum with Guava, Soursop, and Cranberries Bring an intense tropical character which is followed up by strong tartness Jerkum is in a class of its own. Not made from any apples but made from California Plums!It is not a Cider Unlike anything else it's like winter in the tropics.

This is a cider with a true California expression It gets its style from our unique weather, geography and soils. Newtown Pippin apples are an incredible apple to work with. They have excellent acidity and tannin that balances very well. This Clean Fresh Cider has notes of green apple, and pineapple and citrus on the nose. We anticipate this to be as popular as ever amongst "diehard cider drinkers"

	Mission Trail Cider Co. - Hipster Hills Style: Cider ABV: 10.00% Malvasia Bianca grapes are incredibly rare aromatic and floral. So we decided that we would co-ferment them with equally tart and fruit forward pluots. Both fruits were cold pressed and fermented together for a true blend of character and balance that cannot be had by blending.

A perry that will blow you away! It is Shinko Perry and is made from 100% Shinko Asian Pears. Currently keg only. We are known for our Perry and Jerkum and this doesn't disappoint. It is clean floral and delicate lots of pineapple and tropical white fruit notes. We are so glad to be in one of the only states where Asian Pears can grow. Followed by a crisp unmistakable Asian Pear finish
