Barrel Farm is our yearly blend of mixed-culture fermentation beers from our wood cellar. Our 2022 rendition is a 6 percent ABV saison that sings beautiful brett-driven notes of apricot and grapefruit. Accentuated with a hoppy table beer, a 4 year spontaneously fermented beer from our coolship, and a dry hopped sour, this harvest is crisp, slightly tart, and positively luminous.

	Monday Night Brewing - Big Softy Style: American Wheat Ale ABV: 5.20% IBU: 30.0 Pillowy, light and hazy. This is an American wheat ale that's easy drinking, full of malt flavor with just enough hop bite to keep you wanting more. Cryo Citra and Cryo Simcoe hops work nicely with Munich and Pilsner malts. Adding wheat to the mix smooths this one out.

What do Scotland and the American South have in common? An appreciation for good booze. But that doesn’t mean they always get along. We put our award-winning Drafty Kilt Scotch Ale in Kentucky bourbon barrels and let them duke it out in the cellar. Who won? You did. Oh, also we did. Again. A GABF Gold Meal. No big deal. The chocolate, caramel, and roasted malts in Drafty Kilt complement the charred oak and vanilla notes in the bourbon barrels quite well. Notice we didn’t say “compliment.” Scotch and Bourbon still don’t send each other Christmas cards.

Introducing Conversations With Myself, an apricot golden sour ale, ?aged for 8 months in Sauvignon Blanc barrels, where it was inoculated with Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus, and multiple strains of farmhouse yeast strains. We fermented it with apricots, creating notes of apricots (obvi), tangerine peel, lemongrass, and hints of oak and white pepper. ?This sour is a treat any time you drink it, but it hits different when enjoyed on a summer day. Sit down. We've got to talk. The simplest way to describe Dark Subject Matter is an adjunct-free American Imperial stout. But that doesn't tell the whole story. With 2-row, Munich and chocolate malts in the mix, this beer is roasty and toasty like most stouts. Chocolate is prevalent on the nose, and this beer is silky smooth. Tart, crisp and clean, this juicy Berliner Weisse is refreshingly dry. Berliner Weisse yeasts are notorious for causing mischief in the beer if not managed correctly, so we kept this beer squirreled away in our French oak foeders at the Garage for months. A German-style Marzen, this lager boasts a robust malt bill with notes of toasted Bavarian pretzel and biscuits. To nail the essence of Oktoberfest, we used two noble German hops: Tettnang and Hallertau. The complementing German malt bill features Pilsner, Vienna, Munich, and Caramunich. The result is a subtle hop bitterness that’s clean and balanced on the palate. Lederhosen and dirndls are highly encouraged, though not required for consumption.

Overnight Celebrity is an 11.5% ABV imperial porter aged in maple bourbon barrels with vanilla, espresso beans and coconut. With aromas of macadamia nut and dark malt on the nose, this beer hides its alcohol content well. The sweetness of the maple syrup stands up to strong coffee flavors, while subtle coconut notes blend well with the vanilla and oak characteristics of the maple bourbon barrels.

This is a crisp, hazy, hoppy, and full bodied Pilsner. Shwaka Pils was brewed with classic German hops (Hallertau Mittelfrueh, Saaz, Magnum, Saphir, Mandarina Bavaria) and Pilsner malt. It was fermented in our foeder on lightly toasted French oak, then dry hopped with Saphir, resulting in pleasant aromas of lemon, mint, and spice. This is easy drinking beer for any beer lover, and complex enough to satisfy the nerdiest of beer nerds.

We wove together 8 distinct base beers, from 25 different spirit barrels for our 11th anniversary brew. This magnificent mashup of Stout, Quad, Brown, Barleywine and Dopplebock is a demonstration of our undying love for blended barrel-aged beers. We incorporated Brazilian Amburana Wood to create a boldly unique flavor, with Madagascar Vanilla rounding out the edges. As we enter our second decade of brewing, we thank you again for your continued trust and support.

Monday Night Brewing - Tie 9 On
Style: Barrel Aged Strong Ale
ABV: 13.00% IBU: 45.0

Tie 9 on is a 13% ABV barrel-aged strong ale with a 50/50 mix of Madagascar and Ugandan vanilla beans. It’s an expression of the most exquisite barrel-aged beers we have in our wood cellar. Brewmaster Peter Kiley and Wood Cellar Manager Tim McDonnell hand-selected 19 unique barrels consisting of 9 different base beers. The result is an unforgettable blend with flavors of bittersweet chocolate, toasted marshmallow, charred oak, and raisin. This is what nine years of practice looks like.

Monday Night Brewing - Tie X On

Tie X On is a blend of barleywines, stouts, and quads resulting in 13.6 percent ABV strong ale. This big and bold beer has been in the making for over four years, with intentionality as its only adjunct. Each unique barrel and beer was hand-selected by Brewmaster Peter Kiley and Barrel Program Manager Tim McDonnell in celebration of 10 beautiful years.

A new chapter in Dark Subject Matter begins. This season’s protagonist? Vanilla. The most worthy adjunct we could select for this traditionally adjunct-free American Imperial Stout, the liquid still boasts the composition you know and love with 2-row, Munich, and chocolate malts. A seductively smooth body, the taste of vanilla will linger on your tongue till the last drop. Between sips, wax poetic discussing Nietzsche’s nihilistic philosophy, or ponder our universe’s 27 percent dark matter composition (of which we know nothing about).

	Monday Night Brewing - Wolf Snacks Style: Double IPA ABV: 9.00% Inside you there are two wolves—one good, one bad—and they're both hungry. Feed them Wolf Snacks, a Double IPA hopped with Styrian Wolf, Mosaic, Simcoe, Idaho 7, El Dorado, Cyro Citra, and Cyro Simcoe. This DIPA is untamed and fierce with intense notes of tropical fruit and resiny pine.
