Don’t let it fool you. This is a Bourbon Barrel Aged imperial stout first and foremost. Deep dark malts lend espresso notes and British crystal malts contribute the perfect toffee and caramel flavor and of course BOURBON!!!! Despite the dry finish there is a wonderful molasses character compliments of brown cane sugar, and just enough residual sugar to finish full-bodied but never cloying. The peanut butter is simply featured to augment what is already there…a fantastic example of a legendary beer style.

Hoppy Berlinerweisse made with pluots (a fruity but tart cross between apricots and plums) and a heavy hand of Mosaic and Citra hops. The aroma is grapefruit, lemon and some grape; the taste is refreshing, tart, sour and acidic, with a lemony-citric fruit sharpness that finishes with fruity hops and pluots. It’s delicious!

The beer itself turned out to be a real gem. It glows a bright golden hue and the delicate hop aroma is followed up by massive hop flavors from the front of the palate to the back. The mid-palate in particular is really full of flavor and does a great job of reminding you that despite it's modest IBU count, it is very much an IPA. The grain bill was intentionally designed to be minimal, containing almost entirely base-malt, which allows loads of hop character to come through, and with almost all of it being added post-boil, the beers bitterness is appropriately subdued.

	Mother Earth Brewing - Whomping Willow Style: Belgian Witbier ABV: 5.00% We wanted to see what the effect of dry-hopping would be on this classic Wit beer, so we aggressively dry-hopped with Chinook to accent the already present citrus notes, and with Mosaic to bring out some tropical stone fruit flavors. Also, I like Harry Potter.

	Mother Earth Brewing - Window Pane Series: Chocolate Style: Imperial Porter ABV: 8.70% This Windowpane is an imperial oatmeal porter, brewed using cocoa nibs from Videri Chocolate Factory in Raleigh, NC, and aged in oak whiskey barrels for three months. Anticipate aromatics of chocolate, nuts and oak, with a bitter chocolate body mellowing into sweet vanilla notes in the finish.
