Smooth and luxurious on the tongue, Beast of Slaughter is still imbued with enough bitter teeth for a satisfying bite. Fermented with a Nordic Farmhouse yeast, this hybrid of old and new world ipa parades a plethora of fruit and citrus flavored hops with a foundational forest of pine and resin, over a base of delicate bready wheat and honeyed barley malt, hand crafted by our friends at Riverbend Malt. With just six magical ingredients, its perfect balance restrains the tempered extremes of other ipas, while still providing a beastly experience each time you return to the glass.

Mythk Brewing - Death & Renewal
Style: Weizenbock
ABV: 7.40% IBU: 20.0

One of Thor’s two ferocious goats that pull his chariot, leaving a trail of thunder and flame across the sky and provide him sustenance each night, only to be resurrected daily by his mighty hammer Mjölnir, Tanngrisnir is a great companion of the Thunder God, showing favored traits of strength, resilience, and symbolizing the recurring themes of death and renewal in Norse mythology. Our tribute to the Bock style beers of antiquity, and the tradition of advertising them with goat imagery, this strong, malty, fruit forward beer style has a big, bready foundation, with nuanced notes of ripe, dark orchard fruit, along with gently sweet caramel, banana, and spice.

Mythk Brewing - The Beholders
Style: Lager
ABV: 6.00% IBU: 24.0

Huginn and Muninn, often known as the Eyes of Odin, are two great ravens through which the Allfather can gather knowledge of all the world’s happenings. Some believe that they are a personification of the god himself, accessed through an ancient Seidr practice concerned with influencing the strands of fate. The Beholders is made with craft malted heirloom grains and old world hops. This rustic lager features notes of toasted brown bread, sweet honeysuckle, and subtle wisps of baking spices contributed by the heavy use of Rye, a staple food of the old Norse diet. Cold conditioned in the old ways for optimum flavor and supreme drinkability, it’s a timeless lager to make your memories around.
