For this one we applied a lot of what we’ve learned and love about our Crème series, but kept the lactose out. We’re super happy with how it turned out. Oat heavy and a manipulated water profile get this one incredibly soft and airy, while providing a big mouthfeel. We hit it hard with Amarillo, Citra, and some Motueka to bring on big notes of pink grapefruit, peach, and zesty lime.
