This American-Style pilsner saw a couple changes this time around, mainly a switch from 2-row barley to 6-row American barley. This will provide a distinct character unique to American lagers. Lightly-hopped to provide balance to the malt. This beer isn’t hoppy, it isn’t malty, it’s simple at its core.
