Portage Brewing Company - Honest IPA

ABV: 5.70% IBU: 55.0

Honest IPA is a product of clean and simple parts. A collaboration with Honest Studios in Minneapolis. Using all organic malts and hops, means we were able to brew a beer that’s unique to us and worth really sharing. Citra, Mosaic, and Idaho 7 hops blend perfectly into a medley of citrus and tropical fruits, followed by subtle aromatics of spruce. An approachable West Coast IPA that’s got nothing to hide.

Made with aggresive amounts of grapefruit puree, lime, and tajin spices, providing a citrusy complex with smoked paprika, chilis, and salt to bring everything into perfect balance.

A few things we know and love about Fall, as we watch the leaves of North Country progress into snow. A beer to warm you up, made with maple syrup, maple granola, fall spices, vanilla bean, and fenugreek. Beneath, an array of toasty specialty malts designed to create a soft, caramel, cocoa base, to complement this unique combo of ingredients.

	Portage Brewing Company - Miles Away Style: American IPA ABV: 7.00% IBU: 60.0 One of our first recipes after the rebuild, and it just got another redesign. Made with a ridiculous amount of malted and flaked oats, alongside a hop bill of Cashmere Cryo, Mosaic, and Citra Cryo. Big tropical juice character, with a soft haze to stabalize the beer.

	Portage Brewing Company - This Is An Illusion Style: Double Dry Hopped IPA ABV: 6.50% IBU: 35.0 Phantasm is a powder made from Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc grapes, imparting intense aromatics of tropical fruits. When added to a process that already drives as much fruit character into the finished beer, this is truly unique. A mid-dry hop of Citra and Phantasm followed by a heavy dose of Nelson.
