	Prairie Berry Winery - Needle's Eye Style: White Wine ABV: 12.00% Cocktail-style summer wine, made with Chenin Blanc grapes, juniper berries, orange zest, and other botanicals. Expect soft gold with green highlights with the aroma of sun-warmed juniper, light lemon, orange zest. Taste the Lemongrass and citrus fruit zest with a hint of herbaceous juniper and savor the Lingering citrus.

Prairie Berry Winery - Pomegranate Riesling
Style: Riesling
ABV: 11.50%

This fusion wine delivers ripe pomegranate flavors followed by young pear and a refreshing, lightly tannic finish.Riesling is an interesting grape by itself, but the addition of pomegranate takes it up a few levels. I’m always looking for new challenges and ways to do things. Fermenting pomegranate with Riesling grapes for our Pomegranate Riesling Fusion was one of those creative winemaking opportunities.

Prairie Berry Winery - Red Ass Rhubarb
Style: Red Wine
ABV: 11.05%

Ralph, our winemaker’s dad, was helping out in the winery. He accidentally added elderberry to the tank for Razzy Rhubarb wine, which, at that point, was no longer Razzy Rhubarb wine. The story goes that his face turned red and he felt like an ass for messing up the wine, so it became Red Ass Rhubarb. Add a donkey to the label and you’ve got the most famous, most award-winning wine made in South Dakota.

	Prairie Berry Winery - Strawberry Fusion Style: Fruit Wine Just as layers of paint influence each other on a canvas to create a final painted picture, different fruits in fusion wines co-ferment to create new flavors and textures. When setting out to make a fusion wine, I often let my senses guide the process.
