	Pryes Brewing - Miraculum Style: American IPA ABV: 6.40% IBU: 75.0 Dry hopped with over 50 lbs of hops, this hoppy, citrusy IPA finishes with light malt notes and sweet undertones, cutting the bitterness to round out the palate. This IPA finishes very clean, making it a great beer to pair with food.

Pryes Brewing - Pineapple Sour

We decided to do a pineapple sour because it’s an ode to the beach, to hanging out, to back yard fires and everything else summer. We selected a different strain of lactobacillus to create this perfect tart balance. And since Pineapple is a perfect balance between tart and sweet, we blended in a backbone of mango giving is the beautiful juicy/sweet roundness.

For this year’s “Summer IPA”, we wanted to create a go-to beer that encompasses traits from 2 different styles. A Session IPA and an New England Style IPA. A New England Style IPA: This combination created a New England style Session IPA that highlights tropical flavor given to us by the use El Dorado hops and a huge Fruity backbone provided from Eureka and Mosaic hops.
