Is that Matt Damon?? At first glance, you might think so, but no, it's Jesse Plemons. Much like the actors' similarities, this cocktail is similar to the Quarter's "Matt Damon" cocktail, however, our Jesse Plemons Paloma or "Jesse Palomens", if you will, is a high quality vodka based cocktail combined with a paloma (grapefruit) mixer. This cocktail is a rich, full bodied beverage, while similar to our vodka lemonade, "Matt Damon", is indeed quite different, but just as delicious. Cheers!
